Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KenyaVest ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Eligibility

To use KenyaVest, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Kenya or have access to M-Pesa mobile money services
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the service under any applicable law

3. Investment Plans & Returns

KenyaVest offers various investment plans with stated daily return rates. Please understand:

• All stated ROI rates are projections based on current conditions and are not guaranteed
• Returns are credited to your account balance daily based on your active investment plan
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You should only invest funds you can afford to lose

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed via M-Pesa
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified in each investment plan
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of request submission
• KenyaVest reserves the right to verify the source of funds
• Withdrawal fees may apply as disclosed on the platform

5. Referral Program

KenyaVest operates a referral program whereby you may earn a bonus when you refer new users who complete their first deposit. Referral earnings are credited to your account balance and subject to the same withdrawal terms. Fraudulent referrals (e.g., self-referrals) will result in account suspension.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity
• Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to manipulate the platform's systems or data
• Use the platform to launder money or fund terrorism
• Share your account credentials with third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KenyaVest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including investment losses arising from market fluctuations or platform downtime.

9. Termination

KenyaVest reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of KenyaVest after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
